Bridgford Foods is located in Fulton Market, Chicago’s historic meatpacking district. The Fulton Market district has undergone an impressive transformation from an industrial landscape to residential neighborhood with upscale restaurants and condos. Bridgford wanted to create a lasting monument to the area’s blue collar roots and highlight their own heritage using references that showcased the neighborhoods long and storied history.
